I cannot fault the fantastic team at Harding Auto Services! I needed some major repair work done on my Landrover Defender and they were helpful and kept up communication the entire time (my vehicle was with them for approximately two weeks). When it came to specifing what work needed to be done and the overall cost they were completely transparent so there were no "nasty surprises" when the job was finished. They obviously know what they are doing with classic Landrovers and I will 100% recommend them to anyone!

I brought my BMW here a number of times now, so my feedback is based on a cumulative experience, not just one-off. There are standard car services out there - you know, the ones which will try to do a minimum work to "cover" issue symptoms, get paid and move on to a next customer. And there is Mike Harding's one. Who always strives to resolve the problem entirely, not just to cover it up. Who provides a detailed report with empirically proven underlying cause and steps taken to rectify it. Do you want to pay less... but a few times? Choose other service. Do you want to pay a fair price once and really forget about your problem for good? I suggest you speak with Mike.
